What is recorded here

Situated towards the bottom of a N-facing slope overlooking the E-W Nier River, c. 230m to the N. This is a conglomerate stone with a rectangular cross-section (dims. 0.7m x 0.3m; H 1.35m) oriented WNW-ESE. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Waterford' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1999).
