Detached three-bay two-storey house, built c.1820, having single and two-storey flat-roof extensions to rear. Hipped artificial slate roof with rendered chimneystacks. Roughcast render to walls. Timber sliding sash two-over-two pane windows, with replacement uPVC to rear, with limestone sills. Dressed limestone block-and-start door surround. Replacement double-leaf timber door and fanlight. Single-storey rubble limestone outbuildings to southeast having pitched artificial slate and corrugated-iron roofs.
A well-maintained house and yard scenically situated on an elevated site overlooking Lough Derg.
