Terraced three-bay three-storey house, built c.1830, with shopfront to ground floor. Pitched tiled roof with rendered chimneystack and terracotta pots. Rendered walls. Rendered shopfront. Shop comprises display windows flanking central recessed door. Timber sash windows with stone sills. Timber panelled double doors with overlight. House fronts onto street.
This terraced house makes a positive impact onto the streetscape of the square due to its shape and form. The attractive shopfront enlivens and enhances the otherwise modest façade.
