Three small furnaces (dims. c. 0.9m x c. 0.4m) filled with charcoal and iron slag were recovered in excavation (98E0558) by Dave Pollock at the site of a single house (Pollock 2000, P 207, No. 637). Kilmovee church (WA008-030001-) is c. 80m to the SE.
