What is recorded here

Disused road bridge (Wth 5.15m) over stream flowing S from Pulleen Lake to Pullen Harbour. Single segmental arch (Wth c. 3m; H 1.6m) with coarse voussoirs. According to local tradition road was used c. 1830s for transport of ore from Allihies mines (CO114-022002-). The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork. Volume 1: West Cork' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1992).
