In bog land, on S-facing slope. Two upright stones (H 0.98m; 1m x 0.48m : H 0.8m; 1.05m x 0.18m), 0.9m apart, both aligned N-S. Further low stones protrude from bog; may be part of pre-bog wall. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork. Volume 1: West Cork' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1992).
