What is recorded here

Detached three-bay single-storey house, built c. 1910, with extension to rear. Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystacks and cast-iron rainwater goods. Rendered walls. Square-headed openings having two-over-two pane timber sliding sash window and painted stone sills. Square-headed opening with overlight and timber battened door.
A delightfully well-preserved example of a modest dwelling, built in the early twentieth century. The timber joinery, slate roof and rendered walls add textural interest and historic character to the building and to the streetscape.
