Attached three-bay single-storey vernacular house, built c.1800. Pitched thatched roof with raised scolloped ridge, low rendered chimneystacks and rendered copings to gables. Limewashed rendered walls. Square-headed window and door openings having painted rendered sills and replacement uPVC windows and door.

This small-scale vernacular thatched house has retained much of its original form and is an interesting feature of the streetscape.
