Detached four-bay single-storey house, built c.1930. Recent lean-to extension to rear (north-west). Pitched artificial slate roof with rendered chimneystacks and uPVC rainwater goods. Smooth rendered walls. Square-headed openings with two-over-two timber sliding sash windows and concrete sills. Square-headed door opening with timber glazed door. Rendered boundary wall with overhanging coping and rendered piers.

This simple and modest house reflects the traditional vernacular in its form and style. The irregular fenestration and use of timber sliding sash windows are typical of this style. This building is a pleasing addition to the local landscape.
