What is recorded here

The N and W sides of a subrectangular enclosure (c. 14.5m x c. 7m) defined by a shallow trench were found during excavations on the N8 Glanmire-Watergrasshill Bypass. The trench (Wth 1.3-2m; D 0.2-0.4m) was flat bottomed. A possible entrance (Wth 2.8m) was noted on the N side. Pits and a possible hearth were found in the interior.
