Detached three-bay two-storey farm house, built c. 1890, with single-bay single-storey outbuilding attached to west gable. Now disused. Pitched artificial slate roof with brick chimneystacks, render coping and ridge capping. Lined-and-ruled rendered walls with rubble stone walls to rear (north) and side elevations. Square-headed openings to front (south) elevation with two-over-two pane timber siding sash windows. Square-headed openings to rear elevation with red brick voussoirs and one-over-one and six-over-two pane timber sliding sash windows. Square-headed opening to front elevation with timber battened door and overlight. Outbuilding to west with pitched artificial slate roof, rubble stone walls and square-headed opening.

Proportions and symmetry of façade are enhanced by the retention of timber sash windows. Size and scale typical of many farm houses of its time and retains much of form. Outbuilding to site adds context.
