Marked as a circular embanked enclosure (ext. diam. c. 30m) on the 1840 ed. of the OS 6-inch map, and situated on a terrace towards the bottom of a N-facing slope. Subcircular scrub-covered area (dims. 24m N-S; 22m E-W) defined by a scarp (H 0.5m), with traces of an external fosse (Wth at top 11m) ESE-SW.
