Boulder-burial in Lissangle

In pasture with good views in every direction. According to local information, a large stone immediately to N of standing stone (CO132-044001-) was removed and buried in its original position. This stone was possibly a boulder-burial. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork. Volume 1: West Cork' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1992).
