Dinish Island holds a closed well beside a house and sixty metres from a church, local memory linking water to worship. That association suggests the island treated drinking water as sacred rather than ordinary, maybe pouring it into cups or rituals beside the church. Even buried now, the well remains a marker of human dependence on clean water in a small exposed place.

Adjacent to a house on Dinish Island and c. 60m to the SE of a church (KE101-004----). According to local information, this well, which is now closed in, was associated with the church.
