No credible witness exists because the chamber vanished before human memory.
According to local information, stone (1.6m x 0.9m x 0.6m) once standing, now lies next to field boundary (CO098-088----). (pers. comm. S. O'Mahony) The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork. Volume 2: East and South Cork' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1994).
