Detached L-plan three-bay two-storey with dormer attic house, built c. 1840, with flanking crenellated single-storey to north, gablets, gabled porch and square-headed dormer window to front (west) elevation. Gabled block to rear (east). Recent extension to rear and lower two-bay single-storey with dormer attic block to south elevation. Terracotta tiled roof with rendered chimneystacks, timber bargeboards and cast-iron rainwater goods. Square-headed dormer window with timber surround. Roughcast rendered walls. Square-headed blind openings to north block. Square-headed openings to first floor with render sill course and bipartite pointed arch six-over-six pane timber sliding sash windows. Square-headed openings to ground floor with render label mouldings and tripartite pointed arch six-over-four pane timber sliding sash windows having roundels with quatrefoil motifs to spandrels. Pointed arch six-over-six pane timber sliding sash window to dormer windows. Square-headed openings to north and rear elevations with bipartite one-over-one pane timber sliding sash windows, two-over-two pane timber sliding sash windows and one-over-one pane timber sliding sash windows. Pointed arch openings to porch with fixed timber windows. Square-headed opening to porch with timber panelled door having coloured glazed quatrefoil. Rubble stone boundary wall to west.

Forming a pair with house to north, of almost identical design and detailing, creates coherent design with end chimneystacks, outer gabled bays and central dormer window and gabled porch. Retains notable features such as pointed arch tripartite and bipartite windows, tiled roof and bargeboards. Probably originally associated with Ballynoe House, these houses many have been built to accommodate estate worker's.
