What is recorded here

One of five sites (KD013-028---- to KD013-032----) recorded in Prosperous bog, part of the Bord na Móna Coolnamona group of works, and all classified as, 'sightings of archaeological wood'. Two sites were dated (KD013-029---- and KD013-032----) and returned dates of AD1010 to 1260 and AD1300 to 1450. KD013-029---- comprised a roundwood partially underlain by a brushwood, located on the bog surface adjacent to a drain edge. Dated AD1010 to 1260. (ADS Ltd.
