
What is recorded here
Marked faintly as a large circular feature (diam. c. 70-75m) on the 1839 ed. of the OS 6 inch map and situated on a slight rise in an undulating landscape. It is not visible at ground level in a harvested cereal crop and the rise may be the feature mapped.
