Single-arch road bridge over river, extant 1840. Creeper- or ivy-covered walls with overgrown coping to parapets. Single round arch with granite ashlar voussoirs. Set in wood spanning River Sow with unkempt banks to river.

A narrow bridge representing an integral component of the civil engineering heritage of County Wexford with the architectural value of the composition suggested not only by the sheer granite dressings demonstrating good quality workmanship, but also by the elegant "sweep" of the arch making a pleasing visual statement at a crossing over the minor River Sow.
