Detached four-bay single-storey house, built c.1940, having flat-roofed extension to rear (north-west). Pitched pantile roof with rendered chimneystacks and cast-iron rainwater goods. Rendered walls throughout. Square-headed window openings with render sills and six-over-six pane timber sliding sash windows. Tripartite window to central bay having six-over-six and two-over-two pane timber sliding sash windows. Square-headed door opening with replacement glazed timber door and rendered stepped approach. Rendered square-profile gate piers to entrance.

An almost intact former social house, built in the mid twentieth century. Houses such as this rarely retain their historic fabric and features, making this a particularly unusual example. The pantile roof and single and tripartite timber sliding sash windows are classic features of this type.
