Detached five-bay single-storey house, c.1910, with central projecting entrance porch.ROOF: Double pitched slate; terracotta ridge tiles and pots; cornice red brick stacks; cast-iron rainwater goods; lean-to porch; slightly overhanging eaves. WALLS: Rough cast render. OPENINGS: Camber headed, rendered soffits and reveals; granite cills; original eight pane cylinder glass casement windows; square headed rendered surround to original tongue and groove timber door with cast-iron door furniture; granite door step
