Detached three-bay two-storey over basement Georgian house, c. 1790. Square-headed window openings with stone sills and uPVC windows. Elaborate doorcase with panelled timber door, side lights and ornate fanlight. Roughcast rendered walls with channelled smooth rendered basement below granite string course. Hipped slate roof behind parapet having granite coping, brick chimney stacks. Granite steps to door with iron railings and boot scraper. Iron railings with granite plinth at ground level to front. Modern extensions to east, west and north.
Handsome Georgian house with fine entrance ensemble retaining much original character, little compromised by later alterations and extensions.
