Terraced three-bay three-storey house, built c. 1770, with vacant retail outlet to ground floor. Pitched tile roof having rendered chimneystack and rendered parapet. Rendered walls. Replacement aluminium windows to upper floors. Timber shopfront, timber panelled doors and fixed window to ground floor.

This former house makes a positive contribution to the streetscape, due to the scale and regular form of the building. The building forms part of an interesting terrace which is located in a notable position in the urban landscape. The steeply pitched roof and corner chimneystack are typical eighteenth-century features of the building.
