Terraced two-bay three-storey former house, built c. 1825, now in use as offices. Mansard slate roof with rendered parapet and rendered chimneystack. Rendered walls. Replacement uPVC windows, timber panelled door and timber shopfront inserted to ground floor.
This former house makes a positive contribution to the streetscape, due to the scale and regular form of the building. The building forms part of a significant terrace which is located in a notable position in the urban landscape. Though interesting features and materials have been replaced, this former house remains an integral part of this group.
