Graveyard in Ardrass Lower hides beneath ordinary soil near a fine 15th century church. Men digging for railings in 1888 struck buried remains, proving the ground had already received the dead. No marker remains to name them. The absence makes the place sharper because memory left no handle behind.

Near the centre of a possible early ecclesiastical enclosure (KD011-015002-) which also contains a fine 15th century church (KD011-015001-). Burials were uncovered when railings were erected around the church in 1888 (OMURETHI 1909-11, 410-14). There are no visible graves or burial markers.
