Detached two-bay two-storey double pile house, built c. 1885, having single-bay single-storey lean-to to north, conservatory to south and full-height bay window to east elevation. Pitched slate roofs with rendered chimneystacks. Rendered walls. Square-headed openings having replacement uPVC windows and painted sills. Square-headed openings to first floor, front (west) elevation with one-over-one pane timber sliding sash windows. Square-headed opening with overlight, recent metal canopy and timber panelled door. Painted square-profile piers having chamfered corners and cast-iron double-leaf gates.

Unusual house incorporating both classical features, such as elegant proportions and fenestration rhythm and late Victorian features such as the canted bay. The house retains its sash windows and slate roof which further enhance the structure. This house is one of three identical houses built on adjacent plots on the High Road.
