What is recorded here

Built into the W jamb of the S doorway in the old parish church at Lyons (KD015-004001-). A small, square, perforated font base (dims. Wth 0.6m; H 0.6m) with a slightly raised roundel (diam. 0.4m) which acted as a tenon with a central perforation (diam. 0.008m), has been turned on its edge and reused in the church doorway.
