Moore (1900, 374) noted that, on the farm of Mr Matt Rialli (sic.), 'in ploughing a certain field, he had struck on a large stone coffin, which he believed contained the remains of several skeletons'. Exact location not known. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork. Volume 4: North Cork' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 2000).
