Detached four-bay two-storey house, c. 1820. Roughcast rendered walls. Small segmental-arched fanlight over timber door. Timber sash windows throughout, original to first floor front. Rendered chimney stacks in pitched slate roof. Four bays to rere facing service courtyard of stables and outbuildings. Back door with blocked fanlight above. Cast-iron railings and gate to front. Southern bay possibly a later extension.
A charming street-fronted house which, though in poor condition, retains most of its original fabric, enhancing the setting of the Abbey and the vicinity.
