Ruinous remains of former saw mill, c.1830, comprising wall footings of old mill and length of associated mill race. Modern house built on foundations. Brick wall of outbuilding preserves two arched openings of mill complex. Semi-circular brick and rubble foundations north of house. Rendered perimeter walls, gate piers and cast-iron gates.

This short section of mill race is connected to an intake on the Owendoher River. Although the mill remains are fragmentary, they are valuable evidence of historic land usage in the area.
