Detached four-bay single-storey house, c.1910, with single-bay extension to east, c.1970.ROOF: Double pitched; slate; double pitched tiled roof to extension; terracotta ridge tiles; corniced red brick stacks; clay pots; metal rainwater goods. WALLS: rough cast render walls. OPENINGS: Square headed; rendered soffits and reveals; painted stone cills; 2/2 timber sashes with convex sash horns; casement window to extension; square headed modern timber tongue and groove door; rendered door step. Set back from road; garden within fromt site; bounded by metal railings; square profile concrete gate piers.
