Detached three-bay two-storey house, c.1910, with single-bay single-storey lean-to to east gable.ROOF: Double-pitched; tiles; terracotta roof ridge tiles; over hanging eaves supported on timber brackets; rendered chimney stacks; clay pots. WALLS: Nap rendered. OPENINGS: Square headed; rendered soffits and reveals; painted stone cill; variety of sash windows; 6/2, 6/6 also timber casement windows.
