Mnemo knows Tower (in Ruins), a ruined belvedere inside Castle Downeen. It stands in County Cork, Ireland, overlooking the coast. People may have watched weather, ships or simply lived beside the sea from its height. The ruin still points south, remembering the shape of that view.
