Terraced two-bay two-storey house with attic accommodation, built c. 1910, with two-storey extension to rear. Now also in use as guest house. Pitched artificial slate roof with dormer window, crested ridge tiles, red brick chimneystack, uPVC rainwater goods and having hipped single-pitched artificial slate to porch roof. Red brick walls with painted limestone string courses. uPVC top-hung outward-opening and side-hung outward-opening windows with painted stone sills. Bay window to ground floor. uPVC panelled door with toplight. Red brick boundary walls with piers and cast-iron railings and gate.
