Detached multi-bay two-storey rendered house, built c. 1910. T-plan, gabled breakfront with projecting two-storey canted bay to east of north (front) elevation, two-storey lean-to to rear wrapping around south and west sides of gabled return, single-storey lean-to extension to west, lean-to porch in angle between breakfront and east elevation. Pitched artificial slate roofs, hipped to bay, clay ridge tiles, yellow brick corbelled chimneystacks, concrete verge cappings, uPVC rainwater rainwater goods. Painted roughcast walling; chamfered smooth-rendered plinth, quoins, sill and head strings; painted brick eaves dentil course to bay window. Square-headed window openings, smooth-rendered reveals, painted concrete sills, uPVC casement windows c. 1980. Square-headed entrance door opening, stained glass leaded overlight, hardwood half-glazed panelled door c. 1980. Fronts to garden, tree-lined avenue from road to north.
This asymmetrical house sits away from the town in its own landscaped grounds. It retains some original features including roughcast walling broken up by smooth-rendered strings and quoins.
