What is recorded here
Detached five-bay single-storey house, c.1915. Smooth rendered walls. Timber sash windows with stone sills. Timber door in lean-to porch. Pitched diagonally-tiled roof with smooth rendered chimney stacks. Cylindrical squared stone gate piers with wrought-iron gate to road. Single-storey outbuilding to west.
This simple, attractive house is one of a group of four with similar roofs, and is the most intact of the group. The gate piers are of a type peculiar to this part of the county and add vernacular charm to this quietly located group.
This does not grant access. Most recorded buildings are privately owned; view them only from public ground unless the owner allows entry.
