Overview
Once a post office, it now serves as house. Built around 1870, The Cottage on Ballyleary is a detached post office with three bays. The decorative bargeboards gives Cork a clear surviving example of post office design. Decorative bargeboards, a fanlight and rubble-limestone walls survive.
