Pair of gable-fronted three-bay two- and three-storey warehouse, built c. 1850, now vacant. Pitched profiled metal sheet roofs. Rendered walls having former loading bays to upper floors, some limestone quoins and brick dressings to openings. Segmental-arched openings, with some timber sliding sash windows, metal roller doors and blocked to loading bays.

This pair of former warehouses is an interesting reminder of the industrial character which was once associated with this area of the city. Built in the mid nineteenth century, this pair makes a notable contribution to the streetscape. The buildings are articulated by the brick and limestone dressings.
