What is recorded here

Terraced single-bay two-storey former warehouse, built 1856, now vacant. Pitched corrugated-iron roof. Exposed roughly dressed sandstone walls with ashlar limestone dressings to segmental-arched carriage opening. Date plaque to carriage arch. Pair of timber matchboard doors to opening.
The materials utilised in the construction of this building add colour and textural interest to the streetscape. The well-executed limestone dressings are notable features of the building and they define the entrance to this building. This former warehouse is an interesting reminder of the industrial character which was once associated with this area of the city.
