Described by Wright (1758, 8-9, Pl. 2, Site A) as 'temple or place of devotion' and illustrated as a double ringed circle or enclosure with two small internal circular features. Reference: Wright, T. 1758 Louthiana: or an introduction to the antiquities of Ireland. London. Thomas Payne.
