Barroe stands 1.75 metres tall on a northwest slope above Coomnagloragh River, leaning southeast and widening as it rises. Its irregular form faces east-northeast, marking the valley edge in open pasture. A person may have set it there to judge distance, remember loss or watch the river flood.
In pasture, on a NW-facing slope overlooking the valley of Coomnagloragh River. This standing stone (0.9m x 0.6m; H 1.75m) is irregular in plan and is orientated ENE-WSW. It leans to the SSE and widens slightly as it rises.
