What is recorded here

Detached three-bay two-storey house, built c. 1820, with various additions to rear. Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystacks. Single windows to first floor, tripartite windows flanking projecting porch to ground floor.
A fine example of an early nineteenth century house that retains much of its original character and charm. It forms part of a group with the contemporary houses that were built in the area as the city suburbs expanded.
