Located at the crest of an E-facing slope of the NW-SE River Slaney valley with the river c. 370m to the NE. The cropmark of a circular enclosure (int. diam. c. 20m) defined by a well-defined fosse feature is visible on aerial photograph (CUCAP, ASW 73). Nothing is visible at ground level in pasture. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Wexford' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1996).
