Standing stone in Coumaraglinmountain

Located on a gentle W-facing slope in the valley of the SE-NW Monavar stream, which is c. 150m to the SW. This is an upright stone with a rectangular cross-section (dims. 0.5m x 0.25m; H 0.85m) oriented NE-SW. A second stone (dims. 0.35m x 0.3m x 0.5m) lies prone nearby. (Moore 1995, 199, 221-3, 226, 242, H8) This monument forms part of the national monument complex at Coumaraglinmountain (National Monuments (Preservation) Order No. 4 of 1996).
