In rough hill pasture, in a sheltered hollow, on the SW-facing slope of Mangerton Mountain. The remains of a possible circular hut site (diam. 1.6m) defined by a collapsed drystone wall (T 0.6m; H 0.4m) which has fallen inwards. Another hut site (KE085-036001-) is 16m to the E and a relict field boundary (KE085-036003-) lies adjacent to the N. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Kerry. Volume I: South-West Kerry' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 2009).
