Fulacht fia in Coumaraglinmountain

Located at the headwaters of a small E-W stream, which is on a shelf that that forms the E side of the ravine of the N-S Araglin river. This is a small, horseshoe-shaped stony mound (diam. 7.5m) open to SE, with a central sunken area (diam. 2m) covered in rushes. (Moore 1995, 196, 217, 241, F15) This monument forms part of the national monument complex at Coumaraglinmountain (National Monuments (Preservation) Order No. 4 of 1996).
