Coirthe Tlachtgha is a standing stone in Corrogemore, County Tipperary, Ireland. The name identifies a memorial stone at a seat of early rights, and the 1840 and 1954 maps place it in the north portion of the graveyard associated with the medieval church of Corroge. In the 1970s the graveyard was taken into the adjacent quarry, breaking the stone and pushing it to the southeast edge of the graveyard.

Indicated on the 1st (1840) and 2nd (1954) ed. 6-inch OS map as 'Coirthe Tlachtgha' in the N portion of a graveyard (TS067-011006-) associated with the medieval church of Corroge (TS067-067011004-). In Dinneen's dictionary (1927) 'Coirthe' means a stone, particularly a memorial stone and 'Tlachtgha' means 'a seat of early rights'. In the 1970s the graveyard was incorporated into the adjacent quarry and at that time the standing stone was broken and pushed into the SE edge of the graveyard.
