What is recorded here
Ballyonan preserves two possible hut sites beside a ringfort, one buried in the southwest berm and one pressed against the inner southern bank. The larger circle measures about six metres across, wide enough for a family, a loom, or a sleeping child. They are not showpiece ruins but forgotten rooms, waiting for someone to imagine the heat, the noise, and the ordinary days they held.
One of two possible hut sites (see also LH005-016003-) associated with ringfort (LH005-016001-). One in berm at SW (diam. c. 6m), second abutting inner bank at S.
