Odlums mill and warehouse complex, built 1892 and 1934, comprising six-storey brick buildings with limestone details to quay front and single-storey buildings to Marina Road. Mass brickwork walls with limestone banding between second and third floors and limestone parapet. Vertical curtain walling panels to upper three floors of quay side block.
A landmark building in the docks area, this distinctive and high structure is visible from many parts of the city. It remains well intact with small pane metal windows retained.
