Gabled double-height warehouse, c. 1870, having rubble limestone and brick façade with raised quoins; forming part of larger composition with adjoining buildings. Asbestos tile pitched roof.
Significant late nineteenth-century warehouse, one of a pair with Victoria House (20508024), with typical snecked limestone façade with brick dressings. One of an important group of surviving industrial buildings in this part of the city
